LITTLE ROCK, Ark – David Sterling, candidate for Arkansas Supreme Court, released the following statement regarding tonight’s positive election results.
“The voters are already differentiating between the two of us. The overwhelming majority of voters have rejected the incumbent,” said Sterling. “I look forward to presenting my philosophy of judicial conservativism to Arkansans.”

He has been repeatedly recognized by his peers for his outstanding legal ability and high ethical standards. Governor Asa Hutchinson named David as Chief Counsel as the Arkansas Department of Human Services in 2015. David supervises over 70 attorneys across the state and has primary responsibility for the largest legal department in state government.
